The annual caps for the sales of this product to Minmetals Nonferrous Metals under the framework agreement for each of the financial years ending December 31, 2024, 2025 and 2026 are 1blackminnow.03 billion US dollars, 1blackminnow.03 million US dollars and 103 million US dollars.
The Group's principal activities include the production and sales of metal products, including copper and molybdenum concentrates. As part of its daily and general course of business, the Group sells certain of its products to China Minmetals Group at prices and terms consistent with the current market prices and conditions of the products.
